Paint bucket works while dragging mouse #528

Hi guys,
One of the features that I like a lot from MTpaint is its paint bucket. If you 
click and drag it will keep on filling the underlying pixel clusters.
This has no disadvantages, but if anybody believes so this could of course 
become a custom setting.

I would be really happy if this feature gets implemented, very often I find 
myself clicking 10 times in a row to turn an area in a single color.
