DPaint-like draw modes #549

The DPaint modes for painting are awesome and I think they should be 
replicated, specially COLOR, where you take a brush and paint with it all in 
one user-selected tint. The current tint mode doesn't work well as it's 
attached to transparency.

You get the same behavior if you right-click the "select paintbrush" icon (top 
left one) or hit Shift-F4. The color brush becomes 'monochrome', it paints with 
the current Foreground color. You can restore normal behavior (and brush) by 
right-clicking the "Grab brush" or hitting Shift-B.

I tried this after reading it in help but I always get transparency instead.
