Basic Circuit Board requires Synthetic wood in handcrafting #1

After researching the technology to reate synthetic wood the basic circuit board requires synthetic wood instead of the listed wood board when trying to craft it in hand. It should rather use the best recipe available or if that does not work I'd default it to wood.

Thanks for reporting this issue, I'll look into it when I update the pack for Factorio 0.14. I'll see if I can influence which recipe is preferred, but it's quite possible that Factorio internally resolves the dependencies for crafting without giving me the tools to set a higher priority on the other recipe.
