testTableReportFunctionalTest is failing on the CI #1448

The test testTableReportFunctionalTest fails on the CI but not when run locally. It looks like an issue with the selenium webdriver...

For now, it goes away when I add some delay to the test execution, though I don't see why that is needed. I added it to https://github.com/SeasideSt/Seaside/tree/refs/heads/pharo13-development
