As an admin and creator, I will want to navigate to the appropriate pages on the admin and creator pages.

Issues:

• [ ] Change the text on the "View Events" button to "View All Events" The "View Events" button on the Admin page should route to the Home page The "View All Events" button on the Creator page should route to the Home page
