Right now there are only events for opening / closing signin, under the thinking that setup and teardown generally accompany those very closely (and there's no effective operator in those periods).
However, now that I think about it, they should probably have distinct records, if for no other reason than that one would want an auditable record / incident report of whenever setup had to be done mid-signin. (Also, it could be useful, from a developer standpoint, to have a record of which operators' devices had to go through setup multiple times without a teardown, ie. needed to reload the page.)
