Our current focus is to provide Mary’s Place with new visualization capabilities that allow them to more easily understand how they’re performing and communicate those results with internal and external stakeholders. They have requested assistance on a wide range of views and we will need to work with them to prioritize what we should address first.

Assess best technology for the deliverable. We will need to weight team skills and long term support
Define final selection criteria for solution
Come up with favorite and one alternative scenario
Discuss scenarios with Mary's Place and get feedback if they would be on board
Important to be in the clear on cost factors, maintenance effort, etc.
