SeattleDataforGood / Marys_Place_Project

Our current focus is to provide Mary’s Place with new visualization capabilities that allow them to more easily understand how they’re performing and communicate those results with internal and external stakeholders. They have requested assistance on a wide range of views and we will need to work with them to prioritize what we should address first.

Analyze results of passport survey #13

Some initial observations on the results:

A takeaway from this is that we cannot completely dispense with a hardcopy version of the passport. Part of this could be mitigated by having the ability to print out hardcopy of specific pages/sections and having case workers provide printouts on request during their meetings with clients.

Second, the implication that clients don't inherently trust their data access implies having the ability for offline access and possibly a store-and-forward system to allow deferred actions when a client is not on the network. Support for offline access can be evaluated on a per-feature basis as we delve into the Passport features.
