Clarification of assignment instructions #54

Focused on grouping important details into easy to read lists File name section was copied from API documentation as the two requirements conflict (It was clarified in class to just follow the API documentation) Replace 'program' with 'application' were it applies for consistancy Added specifics about the example attack case. This was a commonly discussed detail.
