Create UndoPartOne.md #83

This PR adds the specifications of the defense monitor. It also adds the sample security layer and a sample attack program as well.

okay, please go through and be sure all other edits were also applied.

I went through the instructions, and they all look good. I updated the things where they were to be updated. You can have a final look and merge it.

I took a look. I think the example layer needs a little work. Let's make it really limited, but not wrong in obvious ways. So, forgetting to do many obvious things the students need to add is okay. Doing something outside the scope of the assignment is not okay.
