cannot create process with release (0.6.4): list index out of range #155

the same problem which already was with 0.6.2. python-enum34 package should be installed or added into the branch, otherwise the error occurs:

File "/home/ga/pycam-0.6.4/pycam/Plugins/Processes.py", line 239, in _process_new strategy = strategies[0] IndexError: list index out of range

Same here. Also had this in earlier releases (coming back to pycam after 2 years now.)

..for some reason I'm not hitting this on my Debian 9 system with pycam 0.6.3.
