Waterline process #179

Hi, how come the waterline process isn't yet integrated into the GUI?

With the lack of documentation for the CLI, and the FLOW_SPEC format, it's pretty difficult to work out how to use the CLI.

Actually, having played around with it more the waterline strategy seems to be exposed on the GUI on master, and appears to work, as far as I can tell so far.
