Using Not Gate as timer and saving makes the not gate, not be timer anymore on new Chip

I have the Not Gate connected to an or gate which then is connected to an xor the xor leads back to the not gate. I have a Switch set for the xor to turn off the timer whenever i want, and finally have all that connected to an output, i click save. Then when i placed it down the timer didnt start, when i connected an input and toggled it on then off it still didnt start the timer, the timer never started, Maybe want to fix that.

Never Mind I found out i was using an older version
