Artemis Roleplaying Kit has consolidated a lot of different functionality to accomplish what it does. These functions should be split into submodules that other plugins can quickly use.

Also deters the desire to simply add all features to Artemis because "Artemis already has logic for XYZ, lets just put the new idea into Artemis to use that feature,"
