Mergefolders option #2

Add folders

IN
- main
- other
- OUT

User/Modder puts all the zzz's to be merged together in the same folder

Run zzzDeArchive -MERGEFOLDERS

OUT folder will contain a main.zzz and/or a other.zzz to copy back to the game folder.

[x] Folders are created if they do not exist.
[x] Add -Mergefolder command line argument.
[x] Add Mergefolder option to the menu when it detects files in IN folder.
[x] Open the out folder if you ran it from the menu.

This whole process will be automatic.

Pretty much done. I decided to check the IN folder for any folders. and make those into zzz files first then merge those as well. I also added a bat file to run with this command line argument already on.
