What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not tried - fixed after I copied the file
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I got the error message when running "ant -version" at the cmd prompt.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8
Please provide any additional information below.
Copying the file to jre/lib solved the issue.
