Make buttons mouse hover a bit more visible #30

The background is very light, on the light theme. Almost white. It turns white on mouse hover. This does not make much difference. Maybe it could be a very light tint of $button_active_bg ? I should try.

Or maybe a very light grey, just like in the menus or Nemo sidebar, but lighter, more subtle.
