The default branch got moved from newflat to master. And this master branch is currently being rebuild. So, it may look like there isn't much difference between the official Mint-Y and this redesigned and re-engineered Mint-Yz, because many Mint-Yz improvements are currently waiting to be merged from different branches. They are currently being tested before merging.

This new Mint-Yz will be up-to-date with the latest Mint-Y v1.9.8. It will be released before the end of this winter. While waiting, you can still download and install the currently available latest Debian package, mint-yz-theme_2.6.1_all.deb, from the releases page.

All done !

...And then there are still the mint-yz-icons to be updated with this updated color palette, but that's another repository, another story. And it is much less complex, not having so many custom tweaks. It shouldn't take so much time.
