This PR makes Example Project buildable on Xcode 12.5 & Add .gitignore for it

Upgrade Example project's pods to make it buildable Nimble & Quick & TouchVisualizer are too old to be built.
Add .gitignore file for Example projects

I'll take a look at it if I was able to free up enough space on my Harddrive to install the new Xcode 👍

@SebastianBoldt What version you got now? 😂

and about that example, it's still wired after launch the example app. There are just placeholders on the second page after I tapped a row.

Hi @jessehao, sorry for replying this late. I'm going to review the changes this or next week. Totally forgot about this repository :D
