Up to date release tarballs #89

Hi everyone,

The most up to date release available under "Downloads" or at "PyPi 
(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/closure-linter/2.3.13)" is over 1 year old.

Since several changes are now in SVN and latest trunk has been tagged with 
2.3.17, would it be possible to have it released as such and uploaded to 
"Downloads" and/or "PyPi"?
