I want to see the expansion of people from each route in the variant overview.

Therefore we either need to put the participants information in the downloaded gpx file names or use the json. I am not sure yet about the better solution

Why don't we make variants compatible with either a .json or a .zip containing the .gpx files? In case the later is chosen, the rally length would not be displayed...
