Added "Back To Top" internal links. #133

Added "Back To Top" internal links placed below in all sections to navigate back to the table of contents.

PS: I really like this plugin. I use it to sort my Second Brain Vault and my world building vault for my novel. Anyway, I wanted a way to quickly go back to the table of contents on my phone, so why not contribute?

FYI about the state of documentation regarding the documentation ;-) it is (very) outdated now.
