Install:

link to install mamba/anaconda
git clone Config:
add tests to path, don't accept unexisting paths, either for data or output.
add a minimum config example
makes it more obvious that we need folder with nothing else in them. Run:
add doc for basic snakemake issues, touch/unlock/.... maybe start a faq.
path/to/metahood.py ...... Results:
descriptions of different output folders
