Some applications aren't found on NixOS #10

I'm currently using NixOS and this package can only find some of my applications strangely. It's not just the ones in ~/.local/share/applications either; I can't figure out what the pattern is exactly.

@0x4d6165 I also encountered the same error. maybe this error comes from emacs not finding enough packages for nixos. I tried to make org-mode export the pdf file and open it in zathura but neither worked. Can you try it?
