Improve performance and a small bugfix #32

Bugfix: When a client was afk, disconnected and joined again the server, the support channel did not switch to "OPEN". Only when the client switched into the AFK channel and back to a different channel, the support channel were opened.

This change requires an additional new permission: b_client_info_view
