In the latest branch, we implemented Knight attacks and dealing damage to the player character.
For the actual game levels, we need a simple UI tracking score and changes in health.
Suggestion: the communication between nodes can be achieved via signals.
Later we could add mute button to UI after https://github.com/Seblis/They-won-t-survive/issues/13 binded to some key.
