New enemy type - cleric #15

Suggested enemy behavior:

after spawn some corrupted ground tile close to the spawn point is chosen
cleric runs towards the tile, stops at some given range (~60 pixels)
performs attack and blesses some small circle around the chosen tile
chooses new corrupted tile close to current location and behavior loops

If we choose to finish this issue before end of game jam, then we need to inform our graphic designer.
