Display command list by default when opening the commandbar

Currently when opening the CommandBar i get the search field as default view:

But for the user it would be better to have the list with the available commands as default view:

I somehow don't want that to not clutter the view directly.

Or maybe I make it configurable. But I thought about having an animated arrow or something to point out how to show more commands.
