User-friendliness of UG #9

Overall, the UG seems pretty detailed. However I realised that there are some technical terms that can be rephrased so that the user, Clinic Receptionist, would have a better understanding of the message.

For instance,

"Concatentation" may not be well-understood outside.

Team's Response

User seems to be looking at the considerations for a separate module. Users can easily check the meaning of the words use so it doesnt affect the quality of documentation. Good suggest for CS2101 though.

Also, INDEX already been explained in the UG, if the tester missed it out, here it is:
