if i use this will i get banned from playing any other game like fortnite? (my friend used redengine and got banned on fortnite bcs he used the spoofer for fivem and got banned in fortnite)

Nope, you wont get banned for spoofing your HWID, if you did then you would get banned from all your games every time you upgrade your pc
