Minus sign for all expenses (red values)

I have two friends with red-green blindness, they always struggle with programs showing negative values in red and positive ones in green. For all this people it's extremely helpful when every red value (expense) has a minus sign. Nearly 9-8% of all men and 1% of all women have this blindness.

There are now (v2.01) +/- signs for every income/expense. Great. Thank you.
