Feature to save settings #29

A "nice to have" feature request: the option to save often used workout settings under a workout name. That way users could choose the workout name and have the right workout and rest intervals, amount of sets and the block periodization.

What if we could start by saving only the last interval data? That would personally help me and could one step towards your suggestion.
