Add comments regardings SSL Labs to help #39

Can you give us a small description for that issue, please.

There's a reference in the readme to SSL Labs, a free tool that can test the server setup on any public domain.

@3lR0m4c The idea is that a user does not know what SSL Labs is and what it does. Therefore, the help page of the app should have more detailed information about that. (2-3 questions in the FAQ)

The API tests public webservers for certificates and configuration and gives an idea about the the quality of SSL/TLS support.
