Currently, I have to enable apps one-by-one, which is tedious. Would it be possible to add a toggle switch at the top to enable or disable logging history for all apps in a single press?
Perhaps include a confirmation dialog when pressing this button as well, so that a user doesn't accidentally undo their selection if they have manually selected their apps.
