Update dependency for colorpicker dialog (jcenter is deprecated) #120

This PR replaces the very old dependency of the colorpicker with a more up-to-date and modern one. This is because the jcenter repo is deprecated and will be soon offline.

The new dependency: eltos/SimpleDialogFragments
