Thank you for proposing this change to all the apps. We have thought about how we would like the text to be worded and would suggest the following:

## Data Backup

You can use the [Privacy Friendly Backup app](https://github.com/SecUSo/privacy-friendly-backup) to backup and restore this application's data. This can also be used to migrate your data to a new phone.

If you could adapt this, we would be happy to make the change.
