Improvements to drag and drop #22

The tolerance for dropping a card could be bigger, since it's still clear where the card/pile was supposed to go even when a bit off the pile. Additionally, when starting to drag a card, it gets placed to the top left of the touch, which is unintuitive and could be improved.
