Wifi manager doesn't switch off wifi automatically #31

I have added two wifi networks: one at home and one at work.

When I travel between the 2 destinations (distance: 35 kilometers) wifi manager does not disable wifi.

When I open the app and turn wifi manager off and on again, it disables wifi.

I have exactly the same issue. WiFi isn't switched on or off even after hours of being in the registered cells. As soon as I turn the automatic WiFi management off and on again, it enables or disables WiFi as desired. It seems as if just opening the app and waiting also helps (at least some times).

Version: 1.0.1 from F-Droid ROM: Lineage 15.1 (Android 8.1), no gapps, no microg, location services turned off Phone: Oneplus One

I have the same issue.

WiFi is not enabled/disabled by the app as intended. WiFi stays enabled even after hours of leaving the area with the WiFi. Conversely, after returning with WiFi disabled to the area with the WiFi, WiFi manager does not enable WiFi.

The app never enables WiFi. Even opening the app and switching WiFi manager off and on again does not work.

Disabling WiFi works sometimes if the app is open.

Any news regarding this issue?

Same issue for me - sometimes Wifi is not deactivated. Opening WifiManager and toggling activation state deactivates Wifi if automated deactivation failed. Different from @CaptainTyphoo, Wifi is enabled correct again automatically if it has been disabled automatically before if I reach my home again.
