Taking in changes from x86dev

x86dev has made lots of improvements:

• Bugfixes and compatibility with Kleinanzeigen site changes.
• Expanded config.json file with ad prefixes and suffixes. Expanded config.json.example to be more self explanatory.
• Automatically deletes and re-publishes ad if existing one is too old
• Keeps track of ad publishing and last updating date
• Ability to selectively enable / disable ads being published / updated
• Command line option to select the desired profile.
• Added random wait times to better avoid being detected as a bot.
• Captcha handling (asks for manual input).
