Right stick doesn't work with default controller layout. #216

Describe the bug

"Right joystick behavior" "Joystick head movement" doesn't work with gamepads. "Right stick touchpad movement" does work with gamepads.

To Reproduce

  1. Connect gamepad
  2. Open the game.
  3. Use default controller scheme.
  4. Right stick works incorrectly.

Expected behavior

"Joystick head movement" and "Touchpad head movement behaviors are swapped.

I can confirm (https://github.com/SecondFaceSoftware/PortalRevolution-Issues/issues/240). but here's the truth.

"Joystick head movement" is actually the "Flick Stick" controls scheme, but it is deliberately misreading and it does not work as intended.
