Describe the bug

FPS drops at sp_a2_speed_gel level when looking at a waterfall

To Reproduce

I look at the waterfall 2. FPS sags 3. I turn away 4. fps 140

Expected behavior

do something with the waterfall so that the fps does not drop to 6
