Add support for setting Silent Mode in the mobileconfig #30

I'm assuming that the variable silentModeEnabled can be used to enable/disable the Dialog window pop-up. It would be useful if we can set this variable using the mobileconfig, for silent installs.

This has been merged into the dev branch.

Leaving this issue open until it's included in the next release.
