Create MDM key for "ignore assertions" apps #11

The MDM profile should be able to define apps that we want to ignore assertions from.

In addition, some assertions should be disregarded by default: Amphetamine, caffeinate, obs

"So maybe an array in the configuration profile AcceptableAssertions and if that array is present then ONLY the apps the admin has listed within that array will prevent the pop up. That way folks that don't want a change in behavior won't see one, but admins that want to control this granular will be able to. It does mean admins would have to add in those defaults if they want to keep them"
