No Framework Version #9

It would be cool if you can have this to a server with no framework, and allowing people with discord account id's to trust another player with the ped.

I'm working on a rewrite from scratch with UI with standalone and other famous frameworks but I'm going to make it into a paid version since I'm in a lot of debt and need to make some extra money right now.
