Return the dercrypted file to its direcroty +Delet file permanently #148

Dears, Thank you for developing this great app.

I have a set of suggested enhancements: 1- You provide the option of file decryption, and then it will be saved in the SD card. Why not to return it back to its original directory ? so the user can find it directly. 2- In case of deleting a file, how to ensure that it is deleted permanently? Can we erase the RAM for example after exiting the app.
