Fix outline of old blue hills

Hi everyone,

with the recent addition of skarfester’s blue hill graphics we now have two types of blue hills: His new ones and the old ones by FluXy, who look a little out of place now due to their thick outline. I’m referring to these graphics:

They should be re-done with proper outlining. Also they look kind of washen to me.
