Language Tab Extends Out of Window #15

On a 1024-width screen the Language dropdown menu extends outside of the visible screen area. This could be fixed simply by aligning the menu so that the right side matches up with the button instead of the left.

There is still a bug. With certain size of browser window, dropdown extends outside visible area to left instead. So I need to figure out how to extend menu to the center direction.
