[suggestion] allow a character to use power scrolls from anywhere after visiting the shrines once #43

As it is implemented today, everytime a character needs to use a powerscroll, it needs to make the lengthy trip to Ambrosia to reach a shrine, in a land where marking/recalling is not allowed.

After some discussion on discord, we came up with a suggestion: Clicking on the shrines could 'bless' the character and unlock the ability to use scrolls of that shrine forever, regardless of where the character is.

This could be implemented by adding a flag to the character for each visited shrine, and displaying a message like 'you feel the blessing of the shrine of X'.

Mechanically, it means that the character still needs to make the trip to Ambrosia and visit the shrines once, and removes a lot of the tedium of making long trips throught the heavily wooded area that can take a long chunk of playtime for no discernible reason. Ambrosia isn't particularly hard as far as content goes and doesn't have many noteworthy enemies that could make the trip interesting, so removing this could make using power scrolls more desirable (which helps with the general game economy and gives gold some use aside from buying giant castles).

Do we really need this? With the decision to allow teleportation, if we also remove the need for shrines, Ambrosia will become a barren wasteland with only three dungeons

Ambrosia already is a barren wasteland and currently its only purpose is to host really well designed dungeons that no one ever goes to because of the lack of teleportation (which will be eventually adressed by issue #44 and shrines that force the player to make long trips over miserable terrain every time they want to engage with the power scroll system. I don't think that the proposed quest will do much from reducing the slog that ambrosia is since the shrines are quite far from each other.
