Actual Behavior / Observation
[The training specifically uses the Homeland Security text as background hidden text, and shows that if passes if Homeland Security appears elsewhere on the page. So user is led to believe that even though this is part of the logo, b/c it appears at various other places, this passes. In the incremental exam, a similar example is provided where the Work Balance portion of the logo disappears, but it WorkBalance is all over the page. See the image examples. This contradicts the training.]
