Issue Type

Description

The instructions for confirming a device rely on sound. Therefore the Radio Device audio file instructions should fail. Arguably telling someone the instructions make a noise is another method that the instructions are provided. "Lastly, your device will make a confirmation noise when a successful connection is established."

Actual Behavior / Observation

Users who are deaf cannot follow the instructions to verify their device.

At that page, it says "... you will hear this [sound] followed by one long vibration" - true, it will only work on devices that vibrate. And we only say to determine whether other visual and/or textual cues are provided.
